The Biomechanics Coaching system is not about pain relief (however, the techniques used have given great results for this too!),
but it is about looking at the body as a whole and finding and correcting patterns that are causing inefficient or faulty movement patterns.
This is achieved by a full body Biomechanical assessment of the Pelvis, Spine, Shoulders, Knees and Feet.
Then a prescription of some very simple exercises to help correct issues that are identified and strengthen the body in its new positions.
This will mean that you are in a better position to be able to display strength, speed, fitness etc. and Move Freely in daily life tasks and sports/exercise.
