(30 minute sessions in blocks of 10 - minimum 2 per week)

This is achieved by a full body Biomechanical assessment of the Pelvis, Spine, Shoulders, Knees and Feet.
Then a prescription of some very simple exercises to help correct issues that are identified and strengthen the body in its new positions.
GROUP TRAINING (2-4 people)
Group training is gaining in popularity, as working with a friend or friend-to-be creates a fun and competitive environment. At Infinite Fitness there is ample equipment to allow several people to train together and celebrate achievements together. So, grab a friend or 3 and let's get fit together

Serious about making changes to your body and lifestyle? What you eat and drink can have a huge effect on achieving your goals. But, there has to be a happy balance! We will work with you to make sure that any changes are sensible, and more importantly, sustainable. Put an end to yo-yo dieting that spoil your achievements.
Your core needs to function well to provide stability and strength for your body. This doesn't mean doing 200 crunches per day though. We will help you understand what your core is and challenge it in ways that will actually help you in daily life.
